Why should I register? |

By registration, every customer could get an online account to login into our website. Registered
customers would be able to browse premium contents including parts picture, detailed spec, volume pricing, etc.,
view/update profiles, review account history and even place orders online.
We keep improving our website and would carry out more and more services to satisfy our customers.

What do I need before a registration? |

To speed up the registration, we remember you to have your account number and verification code ready before registration.
We sent out emails earlier to notify our customers their account numbers and verification codes. Customers who do not previously
have email on file with us could use their recent invoice information for verification.

I don't know my account number and verification code. What do I do? |
| A3. |
If you didn't receive our email, you may find your Account Numbers on most invoices we sent out since early January 2005.
Verification code is optional if you have an order with us within 12 months, you may use the invoice you received for verification.

I tried to use a recent Partsmart invoice to verify my identity. But the website says it is incorrect. What should I do? |

In rare cases, invoice total changes after you received them so yours does not match our record. You may try other invoices you received
or call our sales representative to find out.

Where and how can I enter my login information? |

Login panel is available on upper-left corner in most web pages, right below Partsmart Logo.
You may enter your account number or email address along with your password to login to our website.

It is inconvenient to login every time I open your website. Anyway to bypass it? |

Yes. By selecting "Remember me" when you login, your login information will be saved on your
computer until you explicitly logout. However, it's unsafe if you're using a shared computer. We suggest you
only do it with your own computer.

What can I do with "My Account"? |
| A3. |
After you login to our website, you may access "My Account" section. We currently
support two features in that section: viewing and updating account profile. The changes you made
online will be reflected in our sales system within 1 business day.
